Transmutation - Realitate is a formless cloud with transmutative properties. Meaning anything that he covers with his body and anything that goes through him gets transformed into a random different material, such as turning bullets into water or fire into snowflakes.

DNA Manipulation - Realitate’s transmutative properties effects on a microscopic level, including biological DNA. Hence he can rewrite and change someone’s genetic structure to something completely different or even better than themselves.

Size Manipulation - Being an amorphous creature, he can change his shape and size to whatever he wants.

Indestructible Form - Realitate is nigh-indestructible, due to his cloud-like physiology.

Weightlessness - Due to being a cloud-like creature, Realitate is nearly massless and thus has little effect on the world around him physically.

Unstable Molecules - Realitate’s transmutative properties are unpredictable, since they can change and enhance materials and genetics, they can also degenerate and even eradicate materials if he’s not concentrating on what he specifically wants to transform.

Black Holes - Realitate can be absorbed into a black hole, like most creatures in the Universe. He also cannot transform black holes.
