Sleep Inducement - Pesky Dust emits an aroma/dust that can make people around him fall asleep instantaneously at his command. This substance can make the target stay in a deep sleep for hours, days, or potentially years.

Dream Manipulation - Pesky Dust can telepathically control the dreams of those who sleep, making them dream of their greatest fantasies or experience their worst nightmares. This can be an effective use for mental torture, extracting information/feelings, and even physically enter the dreams himself.

Memory Manipulation - He can enter the minds of other and observe their memories. He can also alter them to whatever memory he wishes, making them remember something that never happened.

Flight - Due to having 6 wings, he can fly at very fair speeds at a rapid rate. He zips around like a hummingbird.

Psychic Immunity - Due to his intense subconscious control, he is naturally immune to almost any form of telepathy.

Sharp Nose - His nose is extremely sharp, able to pierce through metal with ease.

Small Size - Pesky Dust is quite a small alien, only around two feet tall, so he is not very effective in terms of combat.
