Ghostfreak is the Omnitrix’s DNA sample of an Ectonurite from the Planet Anur Phaetos.

Height - 6 Ft Body - Phantom

Intangibility - Ghostfreak can phase through solid matter with virtually no limit. He can even make his form gaseous for more effective intangibility.

Invisibility - Ghostfreak can bend light around him to appear invisible to the naked eye, cameras, and even infared.

Levitation - Ghostfreak can fly through the air as if he was weightless. Flying at the speed of a small plane.

Possession - He can phase inside living beings and control their bodies as if they were his own.

Tentacles - Underneath his skin are multiple stretchy tentacles that are strong enough to hold a bus.

Moveable Eye - His eye can move along the black tracks around his body, making it appear anywhere on him.

Sunlight - Ghostfreak’s skin gets burned when exposed to sunlight, but if his layer is removed, he will be burned severely.

Mindless Beings - His overshadowing power is useless against beings with no thoughts or wills.

Unstable Form - An ectonurite’s consciousness exits within the DNA itself. Ben was taken over by the being within the Omnitrix known as Zs’Skayr. But after he escaped, the Omnitrix corrected this mistake so Ben is always in control.

When Ben unlocked Ghostfreak, he transformed into him more frequently than his other aliens, becoming more and more obsessed with using him. His friends tried to help but he kept shunning them away, using Ghostfreak more violently each time. One day, Ben used Ghostfreak on a few criminals, and he almost killed them, realising that he almost crossed a line, he begs Gwen and Kevin to remove Ghostfreak from the Omnitrix. But when they tried, a gang of aliens kidnap Ben and force him to become Ghostfreak, using a machine to free the being within the Omnitrix, Zs’Skayr, an Ectonurite terrorist who attempted to take over his solar system. When the team defeated Zs’Skayr, Azmuth reprogrammed the Omnitrix to correct the Ectonurite issue, allowing Ben to control Ghostfreak however he wishes, but Ben is still uneasy when he does.
