Copper Generation - Cog-Winder can generate large pieces of copper-like metal from the energy in his dome. With this, he can create many structures within his electric beam such as scrap metal, small walls, shrapnel, gears, and much more.

Electricity Generation - His electricity can be used to shock enemies and power machinery. This energy can even power alien technology of any capacity, from Tetramand to even Galvan based tech.

Temporal Loop - By curling up in his closed sphere, Cog Turner can rewind time up to a single day. He can expand his field to those around so that their consciousness can travel back into their past selves.

Teleportation - Cog-Winder can warp space time in order to teleport to anywhere he wishes, he can only teleport himself though and not multiple people/objects.

Time Beam Resistance - Cog-Winder is unaffected by the time-manipulating properties of certain energy. Such as the time-rays of both a Chronosapien and a Chronian, time machine energy, and even mystical temporal spells.
