Super Intelligence - Brainstorm cranium holds an immense brain, making him one of the most intelligent beings in the Omnitrix. He can solve very difficult calculations mentally in roughly seconds, and predict the actions/scenarios of people, objects, and future events through analysing them and figuring the most viable outcome of it, so he can know exactly what moves to make to take down his enemies.

Precise Recall - He recall any information that Ben may have even glimpsed throughout his life, even learning things Ben never knew about in moments.

Electricity Generation - By opening his cranium, his brain can produce high amounts of yellow electricity to create lightning blasts and shock enemies drastically.

Force Field Generation - He can also use electromagnetic energy to create durable forcefields for strong defences and flight.

Underwater Breathing - Brainstorm is able to breathe in both air and water.

Instinctive Multilingualism - Through sensing the electrical impulses of the minds around him, Brainstorm can instantly understand any language he hears as if it were English. In turn he can “speak” the foreign language as sound waves projected from his mind.

Fragile Brain - If someone manages to hit him in the brain while exposed, it can cause severe pain or even death.

Sonic Waves - Loud noises and sonic waves can give Brainstorm a headache and make it hard for him to concentrate.

Self Electrocution - If Brainstorm's shell is closed when releasing electricity, it will shock and injure his brain.
