Electrokinesis - AmpFibian can produce and manipulate large amounts of blue electricity from his body. Generating lighting and electrical blasts and in turn he can also absorb high amounts of electricity from any source as well as redirect it as a conductor.

Flight - He can float through the air as if he were swimming, contracting and releasing his whole body for faster propulsion.

Electrical Intangibility - He can convert his body into pure electricity and therefor nothing can touch him physically, but whoever does gets an electric shock. He can phase through machine and short-circuit it.

Telepathy - He can sense electrical signals and impulses around him, including in the brains of the beings. He can interpret these signals as thought and therefor sense what other people are thinking.

Adaptive Breathing - He can breathe in both water and air.

Elasticity - Since he has no bones, his body and tentacles can stretch and squish to fair lengths.

Absorption/Prevention - He is weak against enemies who can drain electricity and his powers won’t work on anything that’s not conductive.

Intangibility Cancelation - AmpFibian's intangibility is useless against other beings that can also become intangible, as it will cancel out their abilities to do so.

Soft Body - Since his body is very frail, heavy objects falling on him can make him faint.
